Elmer's in the community

Fundraiser Nights

Let us host the next FUNDRAISER NIGHT for your school, sports team, church or community group.

  • For best results, the fundraiser event must be scheduled 30 days in advance.
  • We’ll provide you with a custom fundraiser flyer so that your group can print and distribute to family and friends, email to them print or post on Facebook.
  • Make sure to promote! The more supporters that bring their flyer to the event, the higher percentage of sales your group will receive.
  • At the event, the flyer should be given to the server to ensure that their sales are counted towards the group’s total.

Please note: Fundraiser Nights are not available at all locations. Please check with the General Manager to confirm program availability. Click on Locations to find an Elmer’s near you.

Giving Wings to Children in our Local Communities

Sparrow Club Logo

This Thanksgiving season, local Elmer’s Restaurants are proud to partner with Sparrow Clubs of Southern Oregon to give wings to local children in need.

Sparrow Clubs exist to set the stage for simple, yet heroic, acts of kindness in schools and youth culture by empowering kids to help kids in medical need. When a school in the local community makes a decision to “adopt” a local sparrow, they commit to supporting the sparrow family with love and encouragement as they earn sponsorship dollars by doing community service.

Elmer’s Restaurants fundraising efforts will help provide program support and “sparrow cash” to fund sparrow projects and help the sparrow family.

During the month of November, Guests at any Southern Oregon Elmer's Restaurant can purchase a paper Sparrow for $1, which will then be hung on the wall with the donor's name proudly displayed. Or, for only $10, Guests can fly their Sparrow from the ceiling.

Money raised will be used to launch these four new clubs:

Giving from the Heart

In 2011, Elmer’s Restaurants joined the Children’s Cancer Association Hearts of Joy campaign. Children's Cancer AssociationThrough the generosity of our Guests and team members, along with our company match, we raised $32,378 for the CCA in 2011. Please join us for the 2012 campaign -  January 11, 2012 thru February 14, 2012 – and click here to donate and help CCA continue and expand their amazing work.
